Human flourishing is too large an undertaking for any one organization.
Our Mission Partners are already doing work we believe in—helping people grow, strengthening communities, expanding opportunity, developing leaders, and building conditions in which more people can flourish.
Our role is not to recreate that work. It is to connect it, amplify it, and help more people find it.

Human Flourishing grew directly out of the Heroic community and its audacious goal of 51% of humanity flourishing by 2051. Heroic helps individuals build the energy, purpose, and relationships necessary to flourish. Our work extends that inquiry outward: what conditions help—or prevent—people, families, communities, and societies from flourishing?
Positive Intelligence
Mental fitness · Fear and wisdom
Positive Intelligence has deeply informed our understanding of what happens when human beings operate from fear rather than wisdom. Its practical, neuroscience-informed tools help people recognize reactive patterns and strengthen their capacity to respond with curiosity, empathy, creativity, and intention.
Human Flourishing members can also access introductory PQ assessments and connect with the broader network of trained coaches.
Conscious Capitalism
Business · Purpose · Stakeholders
Conscious Capitalism asks what becomes possible when business serves a purpose larger than profit alone—creating value for employees, customers, communities, partners, and shareholders.
Its work connects directly to our inquiry into economic freedom, human dignity, meaningful work, and the role business can play in creating conditions for people to flourish.
The Psychological Millionaire
Psychological wealth · Relationship · Life well lived
The Psychological Millionaire, developed by Human Flourishing board member Jason Viyar, explores a different measure of wealth: the richness created through relationships, appreciation, meaningful experiences, and being fully present for our lives.
Its ideas have become an important part of how we think about flourishing—not simply as achievement or material prosperity, but as the experience of a life genuinely well lived.
Institute for Character and Leadership

The Institute for Character and Leadership at Fairleigh Dickinson University begins with a question closely aligned with our own: not merely What kind of leader will you be? but What kind of human being will you become?
Its work explores the formation of character, ethical leadership, and the inner development required to lead others well.
Students for Liberty
Freedom · Young leaders · Global community
Students for Liberty develops young leaders around the world who are interested in the ideas and institutions that support free and flourishing societies.
The partnership brings an important generational and global perspective to Human Flourishing’s inquiry into economic freedom, governance, human agency, and the conditions that allow people to build meaningful lives.
SciTech Institute
STEM · Education · Opportunity
SciTech Institute works to make science, technology, engineering, and mathematics accessible to more people by connecting education, industry, communities, and workforce opportunities. Its mission is to “engage a connected community to transform lives with access to the world of STEM.”
That makes the partnership particularly interesting for Human Flourishing: education and scientific discovery matter, but so does whether people can actually access the knowledge, opportunities, and pathways those advances create.

Mission Partnership isn’t sponsorship. It isn’t an endorsement badge. And it isn’t about organizations standing beside one another on a webpage.
